Tracked Vertical Crawler Platform

Description:

  Vertical Crawler Platform Powered Battery. This machine has been specially designed to reach difficult working areas thanks to its small dimensions of only 1.3 x 1.3 m. The photo version is powered by 8 tubular batteries of 6 V each and a 380 V motor (the latter only for emergency use).

The flow rate is 200 Kg. Including 2 people, fully hydraulic controls, 4 hydraulic stabilizers, electronic planar indicator, possibility to have power socket on the basket. The worktop can reach a maximum height of 10 m. allowing operators to work comfortably up to a height of 12m. Lifting the worktop is ensured by a robust aluminum extruded column of our design and the Nylon rollers ensure high stability and slidability.

The rubber tracks that equip our vertical tilting platform allow you to navigate easily on any type of terrain without spoiling pavements, asphalt and curbs while the high range of hydraulic levelers allows you to level the machine even in the case of steep slopes.

Alternatively, you can request the version with gasoline power supply with electric start for the part that concerns the handling of the track while the handling of the worktop has a 12V battery.

This type of platform requires reduced maintenance and makes it suitable to work in any type of environment, on request it is possible to carry out work where ATEX norms are applied. It is provided with the relevant certificates of conformity and approval and a comprehensive instruction manual that will guide the operator to correct and risk unsafe use.
